We recently had a large extension to our offices in East Tamaki, which meant that our master key system had to be upgraded. We obtained several quotes, but found that the service from Genesis Locksmiths was far superior,right from the initial consultation, through to the installation and after hours service. I know Russell and Smith personally, and would not hestitate in recommending them to anyone wishing to have a professional, efficient lock system installed. I would also recommend either of them to carry out residential installations, as they are both honest and pleasant. Barrycourt Motel in Parnell has been my workplace since 1997. I have the position of Housekeeping Manager and have had Rusty tend to our key and lock needs which initially required specialised skills of coordinating and mastering in our large complex of 107 units and restaurant and conference facilities. His ongoing service is always prompt but has been minimised now that his quality recommendations have been installed.

I have used Rusty for 3 jobs over the last year or so, and everytime he or one of his staff arrive exactly on time (oh why don't all tradesmen take a leaf out of his book!), do a really professional job, clean up afterwards and then charge a really reasonable price. Use them - you won't regret it!
